This newsletter provides an introduction to a new range of Big Data 1U systems that we offer as of May 2013.
S1UD12SX
This new single processor 1U model is designed for Large Data Analytics Applications and holds up to 12x 3.5" Fixed SAS or SATA drives while having a 650W AC-DC High Efficiency Power Supply at the rear. The front end allows 1x low profile PCI-Express expansion slot should additional I/O capability be required.
The system supports a single Xeon E3 series processor along with up to 32GB ECC RAM; it is useful for any Indexing, Searching, Grouping, Decoding/ Decompressing, and Data Importing/Exporting applications. |

This new dual processor 1U model is designed for High Performance & Large Data Analytics Applications and holds up to 12x 3.5" SAS or SATA drive while having a 650W AC-DC High Efficiency Power Supply at the rear. The front end allows 1x low profile PCI-Express expansion slot.
This system supports dual Xeon E5 series processors along with up to 512GB ECC RAM; it is useful for any Machine Learning, Complex Text Mining, Natural Language Processing, and Feature Extraction applications. |
